Supervision

Some of the best supervision I have ever had has opened my mind up to new ways of doing things along with a new way to view the world in which we exist. Although not all supervision can be that mind blowing, it is certainly what I aspire to offer.

I am available for individual supervision for managers, counsellors, case workers and support officers working in the human service sector. In particular I have experience supervising people working in the asylum seeker and refugee sectors. I have a vast array of experience offering clinical supervision, and have a solid understanding of the pressures faced by those working in this field. The current political context regarding people seeking asylum is placing significant strain on workers in the sector, making supervision even more important.

Prior to offering supervision I am happy to meet to gain an understanding of their core values and strategy to ensure that supervision  is consistent with the service delivery and practice of the organisation.

All supervision is confidential.
